Join our team! Open call for both of our Legacy Mambo Partner and Shines Teams! No experience is necessary, and we also provide training to transition from “On1” to “On2” if you’re new to Mambo! Our team is very unique, in that we are BOTH a training team and a performance team. We specialize in BOTH skills - social dancing and performing! And we will train you in both, if you’d like. Our season is divided into 2 halves. The first 3-4 months is progressive training in social dancing “On2” and ANYONE CAN JOIN!! We will train you from the VERY BASICS, and build up to intricate shines with styling, spinning, musicality, Body movement and more! We also train in lead/follow technique, timing, patterns, mechanics, and overall form - all you need to become a solid dancer!! Then, you can decide if you’d like to continue with the choreography, which is the second half of the season. Should you decide to do the choreography portion (second half) of our season, we train in the choreography and introduce more challenging elements, as well as working on poise, extensions, synchronization, spacing and more! We offer many opportunities to perform the choreo and continue to encourage growth. We have been training dancers in all Latin genres for over 20 years!! We emphasize technique and mechanics and focus on the DETAILS!! If you want a team that will offer you intensive training PLUS fun challenging choreo in a supportive encouraging atmosphere, WE ARE THE TEAN FOR YOU!! We are also very organized, systematic, and have a structured program that works, as it’s been running successfully and consistently longer than any other teams.
