About this Event

Legacy in Motion, presented by the Under Armour B.E.A.T. (Black Employees Achieving Together) and hosted by Be Social Society in honor of Black History Month, is an intentional gathering that honors the Black leaders whose vision, leadership, and contributions have helped shape Under Armour into what it is today. Through storytelling and reflection, this experience highlights the power of culture, community, and leadership in motion. Celebrating the past while inspiring the future.

Jenette Robinson
Jenette Robinson is a seasoned leader at Under Armour with extensive experience in strategy, governance, and consumer insight—formerly Director of Global Footwear Merchandising—and has played a key role in shaping internal culture and product strategy, drawing on her deep expertise in organizational psychology and diverse perspective.

Eric “Big E” Ogbogu
Eric “Big E” Ogbogu is a former NFL player and longtime Under Armour contributor widely known for starring in the brand’s iconic “We Must Protect This House” campaign; he now champions grassroots marketing efforts that connect with athletes and communities, carrying Under Armour’s legacy forward.
