About this Event
Lift up the Word, Light up the World. The theme set by the National Day of Prayer Task Force is so fitting for our local observance which closes out the 6 day marathon of reading the Bible out loud from the grounds of the Leesburg Courthouse.
Moses, Paul, U.S. Presidents, and Billy Graham, all admonished us to pray for our country. More than ever, our country needs God's blessing and intervention. This is the time and the place to do so! Join with pastors, priests, government and community leaders in praying for our county, state and nation.
We meet in the board room on the first floor of the county government center. Invite your friends and pastor or priest to join you.
