About this Event
This years global World AIDS Day Theme is "Global solidarity and shared responsibility".
Come and join us to celebrate how far we have come as a community and a country in treating and managing HIV. Lets remember all those who lost their lives to this virus and recognise that there is still a way to go so all countries have adequate care and prevention.
With speeches from The Lord Mayor, community members, personal stories and music this will be a fun and informative event. Wear red in solidarity and light a candle in remembrance of those we've lost.
Music by:
- Gay Abandon West Yorkshires LGBT+ Choir , gay-abandon.co.uk/
All fundraising goes in our crisis fund, to give to those living with HIV who are in need. This year we've made more crisis payments than ever.
