Leeds Meet, Greet & Graze Quarterly Event With a Raffle, Buffet & Speakers

Ladies, allow us to introduce our new quarterly event. A special meeting with three amazing women sharing thier stories and passion, empowering others to keep going, encouraging collaboration within a community dedicated to supporting women in mind, body and soul, with general wellbeing alongside business support in one national community.

Founder of This Girl joins us to talk about her story , the journey that has seen her become a multiple business owner, Mum of two, mentor, womens champion and shine alight on the real harm gambling can do in the work place and at home. All within five years oh and I alsost forgot gaining her degree.

Managing Director of Parents Santuary a social enterprise for parents, focused on building mental and physical health through nature. Aiming to empower parents to have the confidence to explore their natural surroundings with their little ones and give them the opportunity to bond and learn through play.

As lifecoach she will lend a helping hand and guide you toward a state of calm, confidence, and joy. Unlocking your true potential together! Whilst doing this she is also raising awareness and funds for Heros Fight Against DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy)

A busy Mum , with Hero being one of twins, qualified nurse, appreciator of the planet ENJO cleaning products and more .

Rosaleen is a mother of three children, and a hypnobirthing antenatal teacher and holistic therapist who specialises in supporting mothers through pregnancy to adjusting to life with a new baby.

Rosaleen will be introducing the natural and organic products from Weleda, with an option to learn self-massage techniques for you to continue using at home, encouraging your mind and body to enjoy a better quality night's sleep

Rosaleen will also be showing how the techniques she teaches in hypnobirthing can be used over and over again, by anyone, in order to reduce stress, help you feel in control, and support you through challenging situations. Whether you're pregnant, have children or would just benefit from learning more about how to increase the flow of joy in your life, you will not want to miss this event.

There will be a raffle with a number of prizes raising funds for Heros Fight Against DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy) and also SAMH and Mind the charity that Virgin Money who allow us to use there wonderful space free raise money for . THe split will be 75% to Heros and 25% to SAMH and Mind. Tickets will be sold on the day and are not part of the events overall ticket price.

There will a lovely buffet included , our traditional thanlyou for coming bag and plenty of time for networking and chats , all tea, coffee,hot chcolate and chilled water is free.
