Join us for a hands-on workshop for people affected by dementia and professionals, on hospital care at home, organized by Alzheimer's Society Service Design team.

Alzheimer’s Society have been working with the NHS to understand what is means to receive hospital care at home, for people with Dementia and their supporters.
We will meet in a small groups consisting of people with dementia, supporters, carers and health professionals to walk through a short activity. There will be lots of time to connect into the topic and share feelings, thoughts and ideas.
