In a sector brimming with untold environmental damage and exploitation, Leeds Craftivists are joining Transform Trade to stand up for better, slower fashion.In our first session on Monday the 13th of January, we’ll be learning about trade justice in Leeds and beyond from local activist and felt-maker Pippa Woodhams. Pippa has a wealth of knowledge and experience on this topic and we are excited to join her in her campaigning!
We meet at 7.30pm at 43 The Calls (LS2 7EY), and we welcome anyone of any craft ability or experience, and provide a range of craft supplies, though you’re very welcome to bring your own craft project too.
