BIG HANDS (UK)
Big Hands is a DJ and producer known for his serpentine and labyrinthine electronic productions that founded home on labels such as Al Wootton's Trule and Blank Mind. Operating from London's musical institution Honest Jon's Records, in 2020 he founded - alongside Soreab - the label Baroque Sunburst, releasing a series of distinctive records operating in a space that runs parallel - adjacent, but never touches the generally accepted club music sound. As a distinct and dedicated vinyl collector, he has been pushing no-bounderies sets, dismantling any preoccupation about how a DJ "must" play in a club.
LEEWAY (UK)
Leeway runs Wain Records and Scram, and as a producer is one of the key architects behind Lost Domain, developing a uniquely rugged, zoney and ultra-reduced sound that twists dub, freetekno and grime influences into gnarled and knotted – and ravey - new configurations. He has released several edits on the Doomed 12” series (more to come), and an EP (Krevet) and album (Hypoxia) on Lost Domain.
Leeway is an alias of London based Guy Gormley, whose solo and collaborative transmissions under the guises of Enchante, RAP, Special Occasion and Never have offered a consistent subversive undercurrent to London club activities. Recently rising above surface with several releases on Lost Domain.
