Known for blending science, practical strategies, and a touch of humor, Dr. Mirhom has worked with elite athletes, including those in the NBA and NFL, to help them achieve peak performance. He is also a published author and a sought-after media correspondent. As the Chief Wellbeing Officer for Athletes for Hope and host of the Whole Being Athlete podcast, he’s passionate about empowering individuals to align their mind, body, and spirit for lasting success.
