Elizabeth Kensinger is a Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience at Boston College, where she directs the Cognitive & Affective Neuroscience research laboratory. She teaches courses on human memory, the neuroscience of emotion, and neuropsychological conditions. Prof. Kensinger earned her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from MIT and has authored over 200 scientific articles and several books, including Why We Forget and How to Remember Better: The Science Behind Memory (2023, Oxford University Press).
