Dinosaur fossils are rare in British Columbia compared to places like Alberta or Montana, but new research by the Royal BC Museum’s palaeontology team is uncovering the stories of BC’s dinosaurs from all corners of the province and through over 40 million years of geologic time.Royal BC Museum Curator of Palaeontology Dr. Victoria Arbour will share updates on the new discoveries the team has made over the past few years. Victoria is an expert on the armoured dinosaurs called ankylosaurs and is excited to be able to work in British Columbia and further our understanding of the dinosaurs of BC.
