Discovered in 1976 by Atlantic Records’ hitmaker Jimmy Castor, LeBurn toured the world as his lead guitarist, sharing stages with icons like Chaka Khan, Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Patti LaBelle, Kool & the Gang and more. Their electrifying performances were broadcast on top U.S. music TV shows like Soul Train, earning LeBurn his place among the greats.
A true genre-blender, LeBurn fuses funk, blues, reggae, and rock with effortless mastery. Over the years, he has opened for and collaborated with titans such as John Lee Hooker, Albert Collins, Jeff Healey, and Joe Bonamassa. He’s also shared the stage with music legends like Debbie Harry & Blondie, Lionel Richie, Steppenwolf, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Joss Stone, War, Funkadelic, Burning Spear and The Wailers.
