Join us for a captivating Mediterranean evening with Byblos owner and Executive Chef Walid and WSET Certified wine expert, where culinary artistry meets cultural celebration. Indulge in a curated five-course dinner featuring authentic Lebanese dishes, each thoughtfully paired with award-winning wines in elegant 2–3 oz tasting pours that elevate every bite.

Your table will be adorned with a trio of starters and a welcome wine (TBA) to begin the journey:

  • Creamy Labneh with crunchy pita chips
  • Silky hummus plate
  • Freshly baked pita bread

Byblos Special Tabbouleh Salad A vibrant mix of finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, sweet pepper, and sea salt.
