Join us for a beautiful evening under the stars as we honor and remember the little ones we have lost through a touching lantern ceremony.
Please join Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center's Leaves of Hope Bereavement program in a Lantern Ceremony in honor of pregnancy & infant loss for a heartfelt evening of remembrance and support. This in-person event aims to bring comfort and healing to those who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or infant. We will light lanterns and share stories to honor the lives taken too soon. Let's unite as a community to offer hope and solace to those in need during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.
All are welcome to attend.

The Leaves of Hope Bereavement program is made up of Women and Children's Services staff (WCS) who provide a compassionate approach to supporting patients and families who experience the loss of a pregnancy or infant. The team offers assistance with creating memories; such as taking photographs, making handprints/footprints, and providing memory boxes. By addressing both emotional and practical needs, this program helps families navigate their grief and begin the healing process. This program is funded by donations.
*WCS will be selling t-shirts starting September 1st through October in honor of pregnancy and infant loss. The shirts will be $25 each with three designs available. The Women's Center will also be selling t-shirts in the cafeteria for the first 2 weeks of October. All proceeds will go toward the bereavement program.
