About this Event
Join us on this weekend-long dive into the art of leather crafting as students learn a broad range of leathersmithing techniques applied through a guided project. This year, students will be instructed by Ethan Carter of @ethancarterdesigns and Dennis Forester of 21Grams Leather, as they construct their own pair of leather flip flops from scratch. Throughout this project, students will learn skills like templating, stitching, leather treatment, edge finishing, tooling and much more.
After each day of instruction, students will have access to our wide array of tools and materials to work on personal projects or practice techniques learned earlier in the class.
