This fun-filled day will bring together local crafters, animal lovers, and community members to support a great cause while enjoying unique handmade goods.

📍 Location: The Loom – 439 Waverly St., Waverly, NY 14892
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Event Highlights:
🐾 Shop Local: Discover a variety of handcrafted items from talented crafters in our community.
🐾 Support a Great Cause: A portion of each crafter’s booth fee goes directly to Stray Haven Animal Shelter, helping animals in need.
🐾 Raffle & Donations: Participate in our raffle featuring donated crafts, with all proceeds benefiting the shelter. Donations of pet food, blankets, and toys for Stray Haven are also welcomed!
🐾 Delicious Concessions: Enjoy a selection of tasty treats provided by The Loom’s Ladle Catering Co.
For Crafters:
• Booth Fee: $30 (10x10 space) – $5 from each fee supports Stray Haven. Must be paid in advance.
• Setup Time: Doors open at 8:00 AM for setup.
• Extras: Tables & chairs available for $10 | Electricity available for $5
• Liability Clause: Crafters must sign a waiver before setting up. The Loom is not responsible for theft, damage, or injury.
• Payment & Registration Deadline: April 1, 2025
