About this Event
This final learning opportunity to 'stop-and-think' about the future of Mr Hastings & St Leonards will be facilitated by our evaluation partner, Apteligen, and will value everyone’s perspective and participation.
Please come to share your knowledge and perspective, whether you have been recently involved in the work, or have been involved from the beginning. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
This participatory learning event will have representation from the men involved, community and voluntary sector organisations, council staff and service providers. If you are representing a community or voluntary organisation, please identify one representative to attend.
The workshop will start promptly at 2pm, finishing at 4.30pm - with a short break between sessions.
Part 1: Understanding the experiences (ripple-mapping)
We will ask you to take part in a table-based activity that helps us to visualise the connections being made between people involved with or contributing to this work, the wider community and groups in Hastings, and service providers.
You might have taken part in a ‘ripple-mapping’ exercise like this at one of our learning events before. This is the final ripple-mapping session for this phase of Mr Hastings & St Leonards and will help us to better understand the impact Mr Hastings & St Leonards is having as we begin planning our final evalution report.
Part 2: Considering the future
The HVA will host this phase of Mr Hastings & St Leonards until May 2025, when the current evaluation activity ends. The focus of Mr Hastings & St Leonards until then is ‘capacity building, funding, sustainability, legacy’.
We will ask you to take part in a table-based activity that helps HVA to explore the next phase of this work, and to prepare for sustainability within the remaining months of the HVA-hosted work.
