Learning Together Metis Nation British Columbia Session 3

After two online sessions participants will in session 3 continue with an inperson workshop exploring the Metis Culture with hands on experiences.

Presenter Violeta Savic is a Child Care Navigator for Metis Nation British Columbia who has nearly 25 years experience working in the Early Childhood Education Field. She collabortes closely with Metis Chartered communities, Metis families and the Ministry of Education team to ensure successful, efficient and effective delivery Metis early years programs and delivery. There are three sessions to these teachings with "Session One" providing a brief foundational overview to who the Metis are and why it is important to include Metis content and pedagogy in early childhood education. Violetta is an ethusiastic and passionate presenter who will inspire attendees about the Metis culture.
