Expect this to be a fun and challenging workshop, led by Ruth, full of laughter, falls, and more laughter!Whether you got to attend the first two arm balance workshops or not, you will get to explore a completely different animal of inversions!
This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of going upside down! You will learn the basics as well as exercises to strengthen your inversion practice. A safe and comforting environment will be provided for you to explore your current level and abilities!
This workshop is an opportunity to explore your practice, build your confidence, have fun & discover something new about yourself!!
This workshop is designed for all levels!
