Through this 4-week workshop, Ashlee will guide you through a breakdown of the fundamentals needed to gain confidence and strength in applying jumps and floats in your sun salutations, arm balances, and inversions.
This series is for anyone looking to grow their asana practice and eager to learn drills and techniques to begin working towards advanced poses and transitions.
