Despite our best efforts at self-awareness and self-improvement many of us still find ourselves hampered by the harsh and convincing voice of our inner critic that judges and criticizes our progress towards wellbeing.
We can often be our own worst enemy!
Research now shows that the tender work of learning to treat ourselves kindly and gently can really sow the seeds of deep self-acceptance and self–compassion which we can then grow and develop in all areas of our life
This workshop will explore a little bit of science and some gentle exercises, techniques and meditation practices to help us approach and connect to our own feelings and experiences, especially around our negative self-talk.
We will practice a softer, more forgiving attitude and encourage a deep and genuine interest and concern for our own welfare.
