A performance by local learning musicians and open to the public!You're invited to perform or be an audience member for this performance of learning musicians in our community.
If you are interested in performing, this could be solo, or as an ensemble that you create. There will also be a big finale set that everyone is invited to participate in.
Ways to participate:
-You're not feeling ready to perform but can come to listen to and support others - and maybe be inspired to learn a new tune!
-You have some tunes ready (or could get them ready by April 28th) but would like your teacher to play with you.
-You'd like to be connected with another student who knows some of the same tunes you know.
-You'd like to be connected with local musicians who could accompany you.
-You know someone who plays an instrument and would like to make a band and prepare some material.
-You'd like to play solo.

P.S. If the idea of performing in a recital makes you nervous, you are not alone! It help to remember that nervousness is a sign of how much we care about the music. At the end of the day, it really is about the music and about sharing in community.
