If you love Hot Yoga and the Hot 26 sequence and want to immerse yourself in the learnings of this practice, then there is no better time like the present to enroll in this course! This is a one of a kind course and at the end of it, you will have the knowledge and the confidence to be able to teach a full 90-minute Hot 26 class.Date: September - November 2024
This course will be spread over a mixture of 6 day and 4 day intensive periods. Attendance in person at all sessions are required to pass the course.

In addition to the in person sessions there is pre study to be undertaken before the course starts, and during the course to learn the sequence and practise class delivery.
