About this Event
This is a very hands on class. The only dumb questions are those that you don't ask. This is a learning environment where everyone of all skill levels are welcome! You will learn several topics in this class:
How to select cuts appropriate for stir fry, equipment selection, proper sear technique and how to build lots of flavor in a quick amount of time. This class will also have a heavy focus on knife tchnique and building your confidence in efficency!
You will eat a beautiful meal, and are invited to BYOB to enjoy while you cook and eat!
