It’s that time of year again –Learn to Skate! Every year Care For Newcomers delivers a ‘Learn To Skate’ event for newcomers to Canada. The event is for all newcomers to have an opportunity to try skating – a classic Canadian sport! This year the event will be on Friday January 2nd from 1-4pm at Bower Ponds. We have skates and helmets for people to borrow for the afternoon. We hope to see you there!
