🔹 BALANCE BIKE
- For absolute beginners.
Learn how to glide, turn & stop. Parents/ guardians will learn tips to help their child practice to prepare them for riding a pedal bike without stabilisers. Age 3-Adult
🔹 LEARN TO RIDE
- For those that can ride a Balance bike or a Pedal bike with stabilisers.
Learn how to ride independently on a pedal bike without stabilisers. I teach in little steps so it's not scary! Age 3-Adult
🔹 BIKE SKILLS
- For those that can ride a Pedal bike without stabilisers.
Build up confidence & control on the bike. Learn how to turn, control speed & be spatial aware. Age 3-Adult
ONE TO ONE / PRIVATE GROUP COURSES
🔹 BIKEABILITY LEVEL 1
The Bikeability Level 1 course aims to develop mastery in cycle handling in an off-road environment and prepare riders for cycling on the road. Age 5-Adult
🔹 BIKEABILITY LEVEL 2
The Bikeability Level 2 course aims to develop riders’ skills and confidence for cycling on single-lane roads and simple junctions with mostly moderate motor traffic flows. Age 10-Adult
🔹 BIKEABILITY LEVEL 3
The Bikeability Level 3 course aims to develop riders’ skills and confidence so they can ride in diverse road environments, including complex, often busy roads and junctions, sometimes with speed limits above 30 mph. Age 10-Adult
🔹 BIKE FIX
Learn about parts of the bike & how they work, How to do a basic bike check, Spot faults and make adjustments using tools & repair a puncture. Age 10-Adult.
🔹 FAMILY RIDING
Learn how to plan a cycle route & know what to bring, How to ride with others & assist at junctions, Simple instructions for younger riders & how to communicate with other road users. Age 5-Adult.
🔸 Bikes & helmets can be borrowed.
🔸 Location is easy to find and has free parking.
🔸 Bikeability trainees will receive a certificate, handbook & badge.
