Learn to Play Crystal and Tibetan Sound Bowl class for beginners.
Our Sound Healer Dave, put this class together for beginners to learn how to play singing bowls.
We will start out with a small sound meditation. Then we’ll discuss how Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls were discovered and made. I will show you a few ways of playing your bowl and how you can benefit using bowls for self meditation practices. Types of mallets, playing styles and octaves will be discussed.
Everyone will be able to play a Singing Bowl upon completion and we will all finish by playing the bowls together in a group setting.
If you have a Crystal Singing Bowl or a Metal Tibetan Bowl, feel free to bring them. If you do not have a bowl, a few extras will be provided but are limited: to reserve a bowl, please pre-book, first come basis.
Anyone who takes the class will be given a 20% discount for purchasing a Crystal or Metal Singing bowl in our store. This way you can bring in your bowl before the class and learn how to play it while enjoying the healing vibrations that you are able to create.
