Learn-to-Play Chess Workshop (ages 6-14)

Interested in learning how to play chess? Played before, but want to brush up on your skills before challenging other Chess Club members? We can help!
Kids ages 6-14 can join us on the second Wednesday of each month for our Learn-to-Play Workshop where Children's Librarian Allie will walk players through the basics — how to set up the board, what each piece does and how they move, and the rules of the game. Players will them be able to play a practice game against each other or Allie to reinforce their skills.
