LEARN TO PICKLE!As part of the Golden Lake Community Garden project, workshops are being offered to support local food security, community wellbeing, and passing on the knowledge of our ancestors to grow, process, and store our own delicious and healthy food. North Algona Wilberforce Township welcomes community volunteer Debbie Montgomery to the Golden Lake Community Hall 11 am - 4 pm on November 9th to lead a workshop. No experience needed, but avid picklers also welcome to share tips and best practices, and just have fun pickling together!
