Come and learn how to turn walking into a total body exercise with poles.Reduced price course thanks to our partnership with WATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL.
This course is delivered over 2 x 1-hour sessions:
· The first session will ensure you get the correct movement and technique using strapless poles
· The second session will enable you to practice your technique and we will then help you select the right poles and walks for YOU!

Please book and pay for 19th November session and we will add you to the 26th November session; there will be no additional cost.
The POWER of POLES Induction is totally unique in that it explores the use of both strapless and Nordic walking poles to aid the user gain the best technique and results!
A total body workout suitable for all ages and abilities. The Power of Poles course will introduce you to the wonderful world of Nordic walking – a fun, sociable and affordable way to improve your health and fitness.
Our induction course will ensure that you will learn the basics of Nordic walking and gain confidence with your Nordic Walking skills. You’ll then be able to join our GEAR 1 AND GEAR 2 regular group fitness walks, along with our special events and socials.
Nordic Walking Poles are provided for all of our training courses.
