That used to work in the days of command and control hierarchies where managers had “because I said so” power. Today’s workforce requires a more nuanced approach built on trust. But there is no trust without authenticity.

About The Connection Coach, Ray Abram
Ray is an author, speaker, and workshop creator.
Ray’s message comes from his realization that everyone has heard the term know, like, trust. However, no one ever tells you how to “do it”. We’re all taught from childhood, that people either like you and trust you or they don’t. So we just focus on the “know” part of the phrase and let the cards fall where they may. Ray wants to change this misconception and has dedicated his career to doing just that.
Known as “The Connection Coach”, he provides audiences worldwide with interesting and thought-provoking ideas around new ways to define and build your network quickly and efficiently.
Ray earned his BA in Speech Communications from Hampton University in Virginia and is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and sales professionals. He is the author of the bestselling book, “Connect Like A Boss”.
About Executive Acting Coach, Pamela DeRitis
This workshop is designed to help people to become more authentic and truthful in their personal interactions with others. It is designed to strengthen your powers of observation, and to get out of your head during key interactions. This will help you learn to trust your instincts and break down barriers that can thwart making real human connections.
It will require you to participate in exercises that will be out of your comfort zone and may elicit unexpected responses in you or others. This is GOOD!
Pamela bases her training on years of acting training using the Meisner technique. This is a decades old technique that enables actors to bring their true selves to any role.
