Drop-in classes for beginners, or for anyone who would like a refresher. In these sessions we teach the Mindfulness of Breathing and cultivation of Loving Kindness (Metta Bhavana) on alternate weeks, two foundations of Buddhist meditation practice forming the basis for calm, clarity and wisdom. Sessions start at 10.00 prompt. You are welcome to stay on for tea and a chat afterwards and to join the 11.30 Going Deeper session.These sessions are offered on a donation basis, drawing upon the Buddhist practice of dana - generosity.
