Learn some basic tools for calming the nervous system, restoring balance and building positivity. No previous experience necessary. All welcome. We will do a short arriving body scan 12.30-12.40. Then a grounding and anchoring practice 12.45-13.00. And finally a positive emotion practice from 13.00 -13.15. If you need to fit into a lunch hour from work come for any of these slots.
There will be time for a cuppa and chat afterwards until 14.00.
