Come join us for this learn to meditate class! Deepen your understanding of how our thoughts shape our world and influence how we feel how we experience ourselves and ultimately how we navigate life. By learning to think in healthier ways using meditation we can begin to feel better and develop aninner strength to be able to handle daily challenges with greater understanding and compassion.
This class is suitable both for beginners and for more advanced meditators. It will include a talk and 2 guided meditations. Everyone is welcome!
