Claire teaches the 1 Giant Mind Being technique. Delivered in 3 X 90minutes sessions using a mantra-based meditation technique. This course gives you the tools to become a self sufficient in your own daily meditation practice.
This meditation course is for you if you want to: dissolve stress and anxiety, increase adaptability and resilience, increase productivity and mental clarity, increase immunity and promote vitality, rapidly expand self-awareness,enjoy deeper connections .
This course is for beginners & intermediate levels, you dont have to have any prior meditation experience, even if you have prior meditation experience this course is packed full of information & a powerful being technique that you will learn over 3 consecutive sessions.
All sessions will run in the evening from 18:30 for up to 90 minutes, depending on the size of the group. The dates for November are the 22nd, 23rd, 24th. You must be able to attend all three dates. Once you have finished your course, you gain access to a FREE COMPLIMENTARY WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASS.
Claire also runs monthly online courses for those who are unable to attend an in-person course.
