🥥 🎃 In this 2hr workshop you will learn how to prepare a simple delicious dessert made of sweet coconut-pumpkin sticky rice topped with a scrumptious coconut caramel, all resting onbanana leaves which infuse it with their subtle but typical aroma.
Even though we won’t make parcels this time we will still share tips how to do it, where to source banana leaves, what to look for and how to prepare them. After the dish is accomplished, we will taste some together and if you have brought a container along you can take some home, bragging about your new skill to make minimal impact food treats.
Bring an apron and a flat dish or takeaway container, a drinking bottle, pen & paper.
