You will bring home instructions, as well as ingredients, to make your own Mozzarella and Bocconcini in your own kitchen!
Special Note Regarding Allergens:
Crackers containing gluten are used in samples provided.
Pine nuts are present in the pesto used for samples.
This class uses vegetarian rennet; dairy is used.
Meat may be present for tasting and recipes.
