About this Event
At NOVA Strong, we believe that everyone deserves to feel the empowerment of being strong. This hour-long workshop is designed to help everyone, from the avid gym-goer to those who've never touched a weight to hone in their technique and learn how to lift weights safely.
Our goal is to help all atendees learn the basic lifts and adapt them to their needs so that they can get stronger, gain muscle and improve other aspects of health such as bone density, metabolic health, joint function and more.
