About the Programme

CRADLE Connect’s Learn to Learn (LTL) is an experiential workshop module designed to empower employees with essential skills in learning how to learn effectively.

Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will explore the principles of science of learning and andragogy and harness the power of AI tools to enhance their learning experiences.

From tailored study approaches to harnessing AI-driven resources, this module offers adaptable techniques for diverse learning scenarios.

By embracing AI as a strategic partner, participants cultivate a mindset of perpetual growth, optimizing their learning potential in an ever-changing environment.

About the Speaker

Dr. Vijay is a Principal Research Fellow at the Centre for Research and Development in Learning - CRADLE@NTU. He has served as an expert member in the World Bank Institute’s Roundtable – Leadership for Development Impact – “Getting Things Done” and has published extensively on human capital, including chapters in the Handbook of Leadership Development (Wiley) and Handbook of Cultural Intelligence (Routledge). His work in these areas has also won several awards, including the Academy of Management’s Rupert Chilsom Best Theory to Practice Award. Vijay is a passionate educator adept in bringing forth expertise in co-creation, design, facilitation, delivery and evaluation of tertiary academic and corporate programmes.
