You’ll learn how to cast on, make knit stitches in either English or Continental style, work the classic garter stitch, bind off like a boss, and weave in your ends neatly—plus tons of clever tips and tricks along the way!
Your friendly instructor will also guide you through winding yarn into the perfect ball, decoding yarn labels, mastering the purl stitch once you’re ready, and even adding a new ball of yarn to make your project bigger. Perfect for total newbies or those getting back into the groove, this relaxed and joyful class will boost your confidence and have you knitting with a smile.
Best part? You’re not just making a sample—you’re crafting your very own cozy, fully wearable cowl! Our small class size means you get plenty of personal guidance while chilling in a friendly, social setting. Materials included with your class:
- A pair of straight or circular knitting needles
- 1 skein of Worsted or Bulky weight yarn in the color of your choice
