In this final session, we will explore long-term strategies for your invention.
About this Event

This session is part 5 of 5 in the Vision 2 Invention series, a comprehensive program designed to guide you through the entire process of bringing an idea to life. From ideation to scaling and selling your product, each session builds on the last to ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed for success. Join us for the full series to maximize your invention’s potential!

The final session brings everything together as we explore the practical steps to scale your invention and create a long-term strategy. We’ll start with manufacturing—understanding different production methods, choosing the right materials, and finding reliable suppliers or manufacturers. You’ll learn about timelines, costs, and quality control to ensure a smooth production process.

From there, we’ll discuss sales and distribution strategies, covering everything from online sales platforms to retail partnerships and direct-to-customer approaches. You’ll learn how to market your invention, build a customer base, and drive demand for your product. Finally, we’ll explore exit strategies, including licensing, acquisitions, or selling the business, so you’re prepared for success beyond the launch. By the end of this session, you’ll have a comprehensive plan to manufacture, sell, and scale your product—and a vision for where your journey can lead.
