Rachael from Heart of the Horse is hosting Minda from Woof&Hoof to help broaden our understanding of how we can help our animal friends release stored tension that they carry in their bodies. They are both excited to collaborate to offer this half day workshop. You will spend time with the incredible horses and dogs at Heart of the Horse, and discover how connective tissue can hold emotions, memories, and trauma, often stored as tension patterns throughout the body. You will learn a lot about yourself as well, in this experiential hands on workshop.
You will be gently guided by Minda to learn how to identify these tension patterns, connect deeply with an animal’s emotional state, and support the release of stored tension, allowing the true essence of the animal to shine through.
With over 20 years of experience, Minda has helped countless animals through a unique combination of therapies, including cranio-sacral therapy, myo-functional therapy, and universal energy healing. By blending these modalities, she creates a deeply powerful and transformative healing experience for the animals she works with. Join Minda at Heart of the Horse and deepen your understanding of connection, healing, and the quiet wisdom held within animals.

Time: 9.30am-1.30pm morning tea on arrival, BYO own lunch to share under the shady trees when we finish.
Format: A hands on event to learn through your own feel and touch
What to Bring: Notebook & pen, wear loose comfy clothing with closed toe shoes, water bottle, hat and lunch
This event will sell out over the next couple of weeks as it has generated a lot of interest.
Tickets are non refundable if less than 48 hours notice is given, we will try and fill your place if we have a waitlist. If the space cannot be filled no refund will be given. If you cancel within 14 days of the event you can transfer your ticket price to any other event being offered by Heart of the Horse. If more than 14 days notice given, a full refund will be provided.
