New year, new dance style!Come and try Dominican Bachata — a fun dance from the Dominican Republic, danced to beautiful music.
These classes are super casual and drop-in, so you can come to all three sessions or just one. It’s a great chance to move your body and meet some new people! Classes will be held at the South Hobart Community Centre on Thursdays in January on the 8th, 22nd, and 29th.
Total beginners are very welcome, as well as folks who have tried Bachata before. We’ll learn some solo footwork and do some partner dancing - There will be lots of music and cultural facts about the Dominican Republic!
No experience needed, come and check it out!
$10 for concession and $15 full price. You can pay at the door with card.
