Cost $30Let’s make Amigurumi! Please join us to learn how to make this adorable Itty Bitty Crochet Kitty! We will be having a ton of fun as we learn how to crochet in the round, read a pattern and how to properly stuff, all with the distractions of cats.
Itty Bitty Crochet Kitty by Thoresby Cottage
Skill level – at least 6 months – must have control of tension
We will be making 1 kitty in the round
We will be using MR, SC, INC, DEC and sl st
Materials required (you must bring with you):
*Any form of worsted weight (#4) yarn; acrylic, wool or a blend is okay - Yardage required is a minimum of 50 yds
NO 100% cotton
NO velvet, chenille or blanket yarn (this is very hard to see stitches)
Color is your choice, but be aware if you choose black yarn, it is more difficult to see as you work.
*Folder (to store patterns in)
*4mm (G) Hook
The following will be provided, but if you have your own supplies, you are welcome to bring them.

Please keep in mind that this event is kid-friendly, but recommended for ages 10+ to be done independently. Otherwise, younger children will LIKELY need a generous amount of help & guidance from an adult, as this is a skilled fine-motor art project.
The event starts at 2pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (1:45pm) to order food and drink. With the purchase of your ticket, you will receive 20% off drinks and baked goods.
