Quick bio.
Toni spent many joyful years as an elementary school educator and has always had a passion for crafting. From knitting and crochet to sewing and needlepoint, she loves working with her hands. Tori finds immense satisfaction in creating something from scratch and sharing it with others. She is excited to spread the magic of making and delights in watching people discover and master new skills that they will cherish for a lifetime.
What to expect.
There's nothing quite like handmade creations, and learning together in person makes it even better! If you’ve always wanted to enhance your crochet skills but find YouTube videos confusing, join Toni for a fun and engaging workshop.
This is a 90 minute workshop for anyone who attended the Beginner workshop, or anyone who has some crochet experience and basic skills, and would like to learn more.
In this workshop we will explore more complex stitches including half and double crochet, as well as how to make a magic ring to create items like hats and pouches.
Please bring your own crochet hook and ball of yarn.
Participants can also bring a project they are currently working on and get help with it.
A simple hat pattern will be shared with all participants and there will be the time and opportunity to begin this pattern during our workshop.
Who can join?
Anyone 10 years and older with prior crochet experience can join this class.
