Have you ever started to crochet a small plushie but never finished? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to create a crochet plushie? This class is for beginners and the goal is to complete your very own plushie during the 2 hour class. If you have crocheted before, but have never completed a plushie, you are welcome too. We will provide all of the necessary materials (yarn, stuffing, eyes) as well as all of the tools (crochet hook, needle, stitch marker) that you need to succeed and they are yours to keep for your next project. Each kit contains written and video instructions on how to perform all of the necessary stiches. Plus we will be there, on hand to help answer questions, give advice and cheer you on.
There are 4 kits to choose from for this beginner class:
Yellow Bird (Canary)
Blue Bird (Bluebird)
Red Bird (Cardinal)
Pink Bird (Flamingo)
Children taking the class must be accompanied by a paying adult also attending the class.
The class is limited to the first 20 registered and paid attendees. There are a limited number of each color of kit. Sign up early to ensure the kit of your choosing. Registration will close at the end of the day on 3/26 or when all available seats have been sold.
