You will cover all the basics from how to hold the hook and yarn comfortably in a way that works for you and the basic stitches and techniques to work in rounds and in rows.
During the workshop, once you have mastered the fundamentals Lisa can help you begin your first crochet project. Time permitting, you could go home with some lovely flower appliqué plus a circular coaster or granny square. This workshop is flexible to the needs and interests of the group, for example, the techniques learned to make a coaster are transferrable to make a hat or basket.
