Skill Level: BeginnerHave you always wanted to learn how to crochet and didn’t know where to begin, well this is a great place to start!
The crochet basket workshop is a 2.5 hour long interactive tutorial, suitable for total beginners, run at our hooky headquarters at Yelland Quay.
Included in the workshop is a skein of super chunky yarn in your chosen colour, crochet hook, stitch marker, pattern and stitch guide. You will learn all the skills needed to complete your basket during the workshop and have enough yarn to make another basket at home in your own time. During the workshop you will learn how to create a magic ring, chain stitch, double crochet and slip stitch and how to read a pattern, before finishing your basket! Ticket price also includes soft drinks and snacks.
What to bring:
You don't need to bring anything. Pattern, hook and yarn will all be provided.
