ABOUT THE LEADER:Mikyla Silva is really excited to share this relaxing and rewarding craft. She has found that this hobby offers her a variety of areas to challenge her with creativity.
"Like a paint brush to a canvas, fingers to yarn is a ceaseless opportunity to work with soft, warm useful projects," Mikyla said. "I am really grateful to be alive today. I have a 7 year old sweet. spunky, kind-soul of a son who reminds me to relax and breathe, and a spicy rock solid, sweet, dare-devil 2 year old who is going to keep me on my toes. I have a wonderful partner in my life and a pup named Scooby. I love crafts and after years of growth and seeking life with God, I enjoy life today. I am open about my journey of overcoming PTSD, OCD, ADHD, along with depression and anxiety. The Xchange program helped me really be still from myself… and listen to God. Looking at the bright side of everything is a superpower."
