About this Event
Often the most delicious things are simple and done well. Come cook with Chef Zach Goldman, to learn to make four pasta dishes, found in every trattoria in Rome: Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, Alla Grecia, and Amatriaciana. We love these pastas because they take minutes to prepare, and you may have everything you need in the fridge to cook them already! After you learn them with us, they will be a part of your repertoire forever. Expect generous samples, with salad and a light dessert. A detailed demonstration, some hands on cooking, and plenty of wine to enjoy! Of course you'll go home with recipes too.
